Internship in Immigration Section. Worked on L1-A, L1-B, H1-B, EB-1, EB-2 visas.
Researched and wrote standard client information memos on proposed H1-B changes in immigration regulations.

Externship with Judge Ware. Dealt in all aspects of federal court duties: bench memos, researched law, wrote orders. Assisted in trials, settlement conferences, case conference meetings and scheduling.

Legal Research and Writing. Wrote memos on various current legal topics, including California Proposition 187, 209 and 215 for the Mexican government.
Researched and prepared briefs for suspension of deportation immigration cases, represented clients in court with supervising attorneys, concluded client interviews, interpreted for Spanish speaking clients, and various administrative duties.
